Welcome to Barrington Wind Energy Ltd

Barrington Wind Energy Limited is a Nova Scotia company dedicated to responsible development and operation of commercial wind farms. Our primary activities include:

  • Climatology and wind research
  • Wind farm design and development
  • Operations and maintenance of renewable electrical generating stations using the latest wind turbine technology.

    Our team of dedicated engineers and scientists utilize the latest wind data hardware and analytical software to optimize layout and efficiency of our wind farms.

    Our first project is with the Town of Canso, and will be followed by the development of seven more sites in Nova Scotia and Huron-Pine River in Ontario.
